The deadline to sign up for the Flying Pig Marathon before registration prices go up is Monday, April 3. Sign up now before the full marathon registration price jumps to $80! Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by April 3, on-line registration must be completed by then. Don’t delay, get your registration in today!

This year’s 5K on Saturday, May 6, includes two new charity components, the “Blow the Whistle on Asthma” 5K Walk by the American Lung Association, and the Lord’s Gym “Pump N’ Run.” For more information and to register for either event, go to 5K event page and do a 5K for a Cause!

The February and March winners of our Pig iPod drawing are, for February, Shannon Haury of Cincinnati, who’s running her first Marathon at the Pig! For March, our Pig iPod winner is Craig Kelly of Huntsville, Alabama, who has done 97 marathons and has run all seven previous Pigs. DON’T FORGET: Starting April 10 (26 days away from Marathon weekend) the Squeal will be coming to you daily with final instructions, helpful hints and a “Pig Pointer” of the day to make your final preparations for the Marathon fun, informative and inspirational.
